		<description>So what you are saying is that we are taking resources away from people who finance the creative, productive segment of our economy (entrepreneurs) and giving it to the entities that have failed to create value with the resources available to them. (large financial institutions) These entities have, through their mismanagement of lending practices created their own problem and in the process created great problems for the rest of us. Instead of finding a way to fix the ineptitude at the top we are bailing them out.</description>
